Referrals to our service can be made either directly by the client or through a professional referral source. Referrals can be made by telephone or email.
We recognise the sensitivity involved with alcohol dependency and therefore do not always require a referral letter from a client’s GP however we do recommend it. If your treatment is to be funded by private medical insurance a GP referral letter is usually required. If you feel unable to request a referral letter from your GP, call us to see how we can assist. We are able to book your appointment before the GP referral letter is received.
